President Asif Ali Zardari held significant consultations regarding the prevailing political landscape of the country, meeting with Senator Faisal Vawda for a detailed discussion on matters of mutual interest. The high-level engagement in the nation’s capital was also attended by Senator Saleem Mandviwala and Dr Asim.
According to the information by Spokesperson to the President today, the dialogue centred on the current political situation in Pakistan. Parliamentary affairs were also a key part of the agenda reviewed during the session.
In a separate engagement, President Zardari met with Imtiaz Sheikh, a senior leader of the Pakistan Peoples Party and a member of the Sindh Assembly.
This meeting specifically focused on provincial matters, with issues related to Sindh coming under consideration during their discussion.
