PTI Leader Asserts Govt’s Illegitimacy, Predicts Imran Khan’s Swift Release

A senior official from Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has denounced the incumbent government as a ‘fake setup’ formed by stealing the public mandate, stating that the party’s chairman, Imran Khan, is expected to be released soon.

In a press release on Thursday, PTI Sindh Vice President Rizwan Niazi claimed the administration was illegitimately established through manipulated ‘Form 47s’ and imposed upon the nation. He contended that PTI’s ongoing street movement has successfully exposed the rulers, who he said now hide behind containers and heavy security, trembling at the idea of facing the masses.

According to Niazi, a government that fears its own people has already lost all moral, political, and democratic legitimacy. He argued that such a system survives purely on coercion, intimidation, and deception.

The PTI leader added that regimes built on such foundations cannot last long. He asserted that public anger and political awareness have reached a peak, making the collapse of the “imposed, illegitimate and unconstitutional system” inevitable.

Niazi declared that no power or propaganda could continue to suppress the voice of the people and announced that Imran Khan would soon be free to stand with the nation. He concluded by vowing that PTI would continue its constitutional and political struggle alongside the public to reclaim its “stolen mandate” and dismantle the current system, stating that history would remember those who stole the people”s vote.
