Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has submitted a list of six lawyers to the Adiala Jail authorities for a scheduled meeting with the party’s founder, Imran Khan, on Tuesday.
According to a report today, the lawyers named on the list are Barrister Gohar Khan, Salman Akram Raja, Naeem Haider Panjutha, Raja Yasir, Mian Hassan Shakeel and Mian Irfan Bashir. PTI officials forwarded the list to the jail administration ahead of the planned meeting.
Imran Khan’s sisters are expected to visit Adiala Jail on Tuesday to meet him. Tuesday has been designated for meetings between the jailed former prime minister, his legal team and family members, and the lawyers included on the submitted list are expected to meet him as scheduled, the sources added.
