Renala Khurd City Police have arrested a notorious thief, Sajjad, and recovered several stolen vehicles, including rickshaws and motorcycles. The accused was involved in a major string of automobile thefts in the Renala Khurd area.
Acting on a tip-off, a special unit led by the SHO of Renala Khurd City Police Station apprehended Sajjad from a hideout. The accused, who had been operating in Renala Khurd and adjoining districts for several months, is suspected of stealing at least five rickshaws and eight motorcycles for resale.
The recovered items include two rickshaws (one of which was reported missing from a neighboring area) and three motorcycles, collectively worth millions of rupees. Sajjad faces multiple charges in various police stations, including Renala Khurd City. The ongoing investigation continues, with a search for possible accomplices.
