Sindh Governor Kamran Khan Tesori today characterized a local ceremony as an “important milestone” for further strengthening economic and diplomatic cooperation between Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates.
The governor expressed these views while attending an event at the UAE Consulate General as the special guest, commemorating the 54th Independence Day of the United Arab Emirates.
In his address, Tesori emphasized that the ties between the two nations are a “perfect example of trust, friendship, cooperation and common development.” He noted that the occasion is a reminder of the “historic, brotherly and strong relations” shared between the partner countries.
Upon his arrival, the governor was welcomed by the Consul General and other diplomatic staff in a traditional Emirati style. He extended heartfelt congratulations to the leadership and people of the UAE and participated in a cake-cutting ceremony to mark the occasion.
