The Government of Sindh has terminated the appointment of Mr. Humair Bin Zakir as the Presiding Officer for the Anti-Encroachment Tribunal in Sukkur, with the decision taking immediate effect.

According to an official notification issued today, the advocate”s removal was executed following a recommendation from the Chief Justice of the High Court of Sindh.

The action was taken under Section 12(5) of the Sindh Public Property (Removal of Encroachment) Act, 2010, and its amended version as per the (Second Amendment) Act of 2011.

In a separate announcement, the provincial government confirmed the retirement of Mr. Moula Bux Solangi, a Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate currently serving as an OSD at the High Court of Sindh.

The judicial officer’s retirement was granted at his own request upon the completion of 25 years of qualifying service. The move received formal approval from the Chief Minister of Sindh and is also effective immediately.
