LARKANA: Three children were injured in firing during a wedding ceremony in Bhains Colony located within the limits of Rahmatpur police station on Sunday when bullets hit them.
The injured include a years old Sanaullah son of Bashir Magsi, his cousin Yar Muhammad son of Fazal Magsi and five years Sharaf son of Yamin Chandio. They were rushed to the Emergency Department of Chandka Medical College Hospital (CMCH) for treatment.
Their parents told newsmen that a marriage ceremony was taking place in their neighbourhood of a person of Mugheri community where one Ali Gul Chandio started firing in jubilation which is banned due to which their three kids were injured who have been admitted in the CMCH.
They demanded arrest of the accused and severe punishment according to the law so that no other person dares to repeat the same act in future. Rahmatpur police said that the accused has been arrested and further probe is underway but no FIR was lodged till filing of this report which showed that the accused will be allowed to go home after extortion.
