arachi, February 18 (PPI) Eight people were injured in a traffic accident on the Super Highway, a major road connecting Karachi to Hyderabad, on Wednesday.
The incident occurred near Dumba Goth. Edhi Foundation volunteers were dispatched to the scene, who provided immediate assistance to the injured.
All eight injured were later shifted to Fatima Baqai Toll Plaza Hospital for medical treatment via Edhi ambulance.
The matter falls within the jurisdiction of the Gadap City police station.
The injured were identified as 65-year-old Saleem son of Abdul Hameed, and his relative 27-year-old Farooq son of Abdul Hameed. The injured also include two brothers, 28-year-old Noman and 31-year-old Haider Ali son of Rustam Khan.
Other injured include 30-year-old Owais son of Rafiq, 26-year-old Amir son of Jameel, 18-year-old Hamid son of Nasir, and 27-year-old Azam son of Akram.
