Two policemen were killed and five others injured when a police mobile collided with tree in Sukkur area on late Saturday night.
According to CIA in-charge Ayaz Khero, a police team was chasing a suspicious vehicle wheh their mobile van collided with a tree and overturned on the Jaffarabad Link Road in Sukkur.
As a result, two police personnel, Ashfaq Sheikh and Aamir Sheikh, lost their lives, while police mobile driver Javed Brohi, Kashif Rind, Sohrab, Masood Shahani, and Rehman Khokhar were injured.
The injured were transferred to the Rangers Hospital, where Kashif Rind and Sohrab Arain’s conditions were reported to be critical.
