ISLAMABAD: World Liver Day is being observed today (Monday) to spread awareness about liver related disease.
Liver diseases can be caused by hepatitis A, B, C, alcohol and drugs. Viral Hepatitis occurs due to consumption of contaminated food, water and drug abuse. If it is not treated on time, these can lead to Liver Cirrhosis and Liver Cancer.
