A youth died after being hit by an accidental gunshot while cleaning a gun near Jungshahi town of Thatta district on Tuesday.
According to a PPI report, a youth, Anees Khaskheli, was cleaning his gun when it went off accidentally in village Khan Muhammad Khaskheli near Jungshahi, about 20 kilometers from Thatta.
As a result, he suffered serious injuries and was rushed to the Civil Hospital Makli, where he succumbed to his injuries. His body was handed over to the family. A mourning atmosphere prevailed at the victim’s locality.
