In Karachi’s FB Area Block 03, Sadiqabad, unidentified assailants shot and killed 23-year-old youth Hassan Ali on Wednesday morning. The body of the deceased, Hassan, was moved to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital, while law enforcement authorities are investigating the tragic incident.

Today, a horrific murder-suicide incident came to light in Malir. 35-year-old Zeeshan allegedly strangled his 30-year-old wife, Sana, to death before hanging himself. The tragic event occurred in Burhani Town, Malir. The bodies of both were transferred to the hospital for necessary legal proceedings, while authorities are further investigating the circumstances surrounding this unfortunate incident.

In a separate encounter today, an exchange of fire took place between police and dacoits at Gurumandir near Hussaini Orphanage in Jamshed Quarters. Two dacoits were arrested in the encounter, one of whom was injured. The injured suspect, Hakim, son of Shafi Muhammad, was taken to a medical facility for treatment. His accomplice, Faheem, son of Muhammad Ibrahim, was arrested without any injuries. Law enforcement personnel recovered a gun, bullets, three mobile phones, cash, and a motorcycle from the scene. In another incident in Central Karachi, an 18-year-old security guard, Akbar Ullah, son of Juma Khan, was accidentally shot near Gold Line Flats, North Karachi Sector 5-L. The incident occurred when the weapon accidentally discharged, injuring Ullah. He was immediately rushed to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital, while an investigation into the accidental firing is ongoing.
