Islamabad: Zong has announced a Memorandum of Understanding with ZTE Corporation and Siccotel to enhance 5G technology adoption across Pakistan. The partnership aims to diversify Zong's device offerings and introduce affordable, next-generation devices to a wide range of customers.

According to Zong Pakistan, the collaboration focuses on making 5G technology accessible by offering entry-level and mid-tier smartphones, gaming devices, and flexible payment schemes. The initiative includes Buy Now, Pay Later options to facilitate the purchase of advanced smartphones, bundled with Zong's data and entertainment services at competitive rates.

Sajid Munir, Head of Marketing, Zong, emphasized the strategic importance of the partnership in advancing Pakistan's digital landscape. He highlighted the role of inclusive 5G devices and financing solutions in empowering more citizens to engage in the digital economy and innovation.

The initiative aims to meet the increasing demand from tech-savvy users and strengthen Zong's position as a leader in digital services, contributing to the national vision of a Digital Pakistan.
