KARACHI: At least 22 more dengue fever cases were surfaced across Karachi in a week, taking the reported cases’ toll to 137 in the city since 1st January 2018.
According to the weekly report issued by Prevention and Control Program for Dengue in Sindh, as many as 22 new dengue fever cases surfaced across the city from February 12 to February 19, 2018.
A total 143 cases have been reported throughout Sindh province out of them 137 in Karachi and six from rest of province. No death was reported from dengue this month so far.
In 2017, a total 2,927 dengue cases had reported across the Sindh province out of which 12 died from this fever.
