Quetta:Two miners were killed when a trolley hit them in a coalmine at a Duki, Balochistan.
According to Meran Baloch, Assistant Commissioner Duki, workers Niaz Muhammad Tarakai and Sulemankhail Tarakai, citizens of Afghanistan, died in the coal mine accident.
The bodies were shifted to Civil Hospital Duki where after completion of medico-legal formalities, they were sent to Afghanistan.
It may be noted that during the first 27 days of 2019, 19 miners died while other 30 injured in six accidents in different coal mines of Balochistan, whereas 29 miners had died and 84 others injured in different accidents in 2018.
