LARKANA:Pakistan Gems and Jewellery Development Corporation (PIDC) working under the Ministry of Industry & Production held a certificate awarding ceremony at Pakistan Industrial Development Corporation (PIDC) Office Karachi. The ceremony was organized on completion of Training Programs in the different trades of Gems and Jewellery sponsored by Benazir Bhutto Shaheed Human Resource Research & Development Board.
The members of All Pakistan Gems Merchants and Jewellers Association and gems and jewellery communities participated in the event in addition to the trainees.
The guest of the event was Shariq Ahmed, Secretary Benazir Bhutto Shaheed Human Resource Research & Development Board, Government of Sindh,
Shariq Ahmed, in his speech, shared and applauded the contribution of PGJDC for bridging technical gaps in the areas of skill development of the sector.
Ahmed promised that they will continue support with Pakistan Gems and Jewellery Development Company towards skill up gradation training program for gems and jewellery Sector development. The certificates were distributed among the trainees for successful completion of the training programs held at Gems and Jewellery Training and Manufacturing Centre Karachi.
