PESHAWAR:Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Mahmood Khan has expressed sorrow over the loss of lives and property in some districts of the province due to recent rains and expressed sympathy to the victims.
In a statement issued here, the Chief Minister expressed sorrow and grief over the death of two children in different incidents and offered condolences to the affected families. He prayed for the forgiveness of the bereaved children and patience of the bereaved family.
The Chief Minister directed the administration of the concerned districts to expedite the relief activities in the affected areas and ensure timely relief to the victims. He also directed the administration of all the districts to keep a close watch on the rain situation in their respective districts during these monsoons and to be always ready to deal with any emergency situation.
