ISLAMABAD:The Lahore High Court (LHC) has declared constituting of a special court which heard the treason case against former President Pervez Musharraf as unconstitutional.
The court, which heard Pervez Musharraf’s petition in Lahore on Monday, also ruled that the treason case against the former President was not prepared in accordance with the law.
A three-member LHC Bench comprising Justice Syed Mazahir Ali Akbar Naqvi, Justice Muhammad Ameer Bhatti and Justice Chaudhry Masood Jahangir, delivered the unanimous verdict.
