KARACHI:Youth Action Committee (YAC) on Sunday held a protest demonstration outside Karachi Press Club (KPC) against the murder of an artist, who they claimed was killed a few days back in Lahore.
Protestors include victim’s uncle Gul Beg Rind, Sindhu Nawaz, Sohail Bhutto, Jeay Sindh Qaumi Muhaz-Bashir (JQSM-B) leader Dr Niaz Kalani
They said artist Qutub Rind, 32, of Jacobabad, was studying at NCA and living in a rented flat in Lahore. They said he was allegedly tortured and killed by his landlord.
They demanded probe into the case and doling out justice to bereaved family.
