QUETTA:Employees of Quetta Metropolitan Corporation protested against non-payment of their salaries and allowances.
A sit-in was also organized by them. They threatened that Quetta Metropolitan Corporation would be sealed if their demands were not met.
According to report, employees of Metropolitan Corporation arranged a sit-in wherein regular and contract employees chanted slogans against Secretary Local Government, Administrator, Metropolitan Corporation and other authorities.
They demanded of the authorities to accept their demands or else they would lock up Metropolitan Corporation offices.
