KARACHI: Excise Police Mirpurkhas, during a raid near Umerkot, recovered 20 kilograms of opium and arrested two accused Abdul Waheed Magsi and Sikandar Chandio. They impounded a Corolla Car bearing no ATL 867 that was being used in crime. A case has been registered against the accused and investigations are underway. The provincial minister for Excise and Taxation & Narcotics Control Mukesh Kumar Chawla, while congratulating on successful raid, has expressed his hope that the officers and personnel of Excise Department would continue their efforts against drug peddlers.
