ISLAMABAD: A free medical camp was organized by Shifa Foundation, in collaboration with Rotary Club Islamabad, for the media personnel and general public at the National Press Club, Islamabad.
The services provided there included tests for diabetes and regular checkup. More than 170 people benefitted from the camp. The event was organized in collaboration with Rotary Club Islamabad.
“Our aim is to make basic health services accessible to all, considering that medical health care is not affordable by everyone,” said Mr. Adil Rauf, a representative of Shifa Foundation.
He said that Shifa Foundation has its special focus on improving the status of health, nutrition and basic human rights of deserving communities all over Pakistan while maintaining the dignity of the people being served.
