Mipurkhas:Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) terming the recent Tezgam fire a national tragedy has demanded to sack federal railway minister Sheikh Rasheed.
JI Sindh chapter amir Muhammad Hassan Mehanti raised this demand while talking to media at Mirpurkhas Press Club after visiting the mourning families to offer Fateha.
He said it is the height of insensitiveness that Sheikh Rasheed still holds the portfolio of railway even after the national tragedy of Tezgam train fire. He demanded of the federal government of PTI to immediately sack Sheikh Rasheed and give the ministry of railway to some other MNA. He regretted that Sheikh Rasheed to hide his incompetence had blamed innocent people of Tasblighi Jammat for fatal train inferno.
He also harshly criticized the federal and provincial governments for rising price hike and demanded to give relief to poor people.
