LAHORE:Secretary General, Jamaat e Islami, Liaqat Baloch, has said that the JI would soon launch a mass contact campaign during which workers convention would be held at divisional headquarters all over the country. He was talking to delegations of the JI Youth from Sindh and the Punjab capital.
Liaqat Baloch said that politics of fraud and the leadership making tall claims had failed. He said the nation was suffering because of the heavy loans, price spiral and unemployment while the government was in the hands of incompetent people. He said the JI alone could forge unity among all the sections of the society and pull the country out of the crises.
The JI secretary General paid tributes to the Kashmiris for their persistent struggle for liberation against the brutalities of the Indian occupation forces. He was confident that India would be ultimately defeated in Kashmir. He urged the government to adopt a concrete policy for the solution of the Kashmir issue.
