Lahore: Kite string took life of cop here Saturday.
Cop of Dolphin force named Safdar was going home after during at Nishtar Colony, when a chemically treated kite string cut his throat and he died on the spot.
In Lahore, there is ban on kite flying but the local administration has failed to implement it.
