ISLAMABAD:In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), work on establishment of the first ever Burn and Trauma center in Hayatabad, Peshawar has entered the final stage.
According to a report quoting Senior Planning Officer of Health Department Mohammad Imran, eighty percent work on the center has been completed.
The center will be completed at a cost of one point six billion rupees by December this year. USAID has provided financial assistance to the provincial government for the center which is spreading over twenty kanals land.
It will provide treatment to the victims of bomb blasts, burnt and other seriously injured persons.
