One killed, two injured in separate road accidents

KARACHI: A man was killed and two others were injured in different road accidents in the metropolis on Friday.

According to rescue sources, a 25-year-old man, Syed Muqrab Ali Shah, son of Abid Shah, was hit by a fast-moving vehicle in SITE area near Pakistan cable. As a result, he suffered severe injuries and died on the spot.

The body was shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital for an autopsy.

Separately, a 16-year-old boy, Javaid sustained severe injuries when a speeding vehicle hit their bike near Hospital Chowrangi in Landi.

The injured was brought to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Center (JPMC) for treatment.

Separately, a 65-year-old pedestrian man, Amjad Ali, was hit by a fast-moving vehicle on Jam Sadiq Bridge in Korangi. As a result, he sustained injuries. He was shifted to JPMC for treatment.
