Karachi:Citizens can send their complaints on helpline number 9110 round the clock, says Inspector General of Police Mushtaq Mehar.
IGP has warned Station House Officers that if any an untoward incident like robbery/thief was reported in their area, they would be responsible.
If any police officer is found involved in corruption his SSP will also be made responsible.
