ISLAMABAD:Former Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi was shifted to Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) on Saturday for a check-up after his health condition deteriorated.
Abbasi, a former premier and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader was arrested by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) on July 18, 2019 in the LNG import scam.
According to PIMS spokesperson Dr Wasim Khawaja, Mr Abbasi underwent check up for hernia, heart and lungs.
