Karachi:The Department of Geography, University of Karachi, is organizing a road safety awareness walk and a seminar on February 21, 2019.
Vice Chancellor Karachi University Professor Dr Muhammad Ajmal Khan would preside over the event.
The awareness walk is schedule at 08:30am, from Silver Jubilee Gate, KU, till Campus’s Arts Auditorium.
The Professor, Section of Neurosurgery, Department of Surgery, Aga Khan Hospital University, Dr Rashid Jooma would deliver the keynote speech.
Professor Dr Mir Shabbar Ali, Dean, Faculty of Civil and Petroleum Engineering, NED University, Dr Omer Qureshi, Chief Technical Officer Automotive Design and Crash Worthiness Research, IST Islamabad, SSP Dr Samiullah Soomro, DIG Traffic Police Javed Ali Mahar, DIG National Highway and Motorway Police, Muhammad Saleem, Umer Tafazzul, Senior Patrol Officer, Mobile Education Unit [NH and MP]), Dr Salman Zubair, Assistant Professor, Department of Geography, KU, would address the seminar.
