Islamabad: Special Advisor to Prime Minister Dr. Zafar Mirza says Pakistan is committed to the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and the Universal Health Coverage.
In a statement on Sunday, he said to address the challenges of health, the Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination is expanding the ‘Sehat Inssaf’ Programme to all districts in Pakistan.
The ministry in collaboration with the provincial departments of health and other stakeholders is finalizing the UHC benefit package of Pakistan and to start its implementation from next year.
