KARACHI: Two people were injured in a cylinder blast at a shop near Korangi’s Jalebi Chowk on Saturday.
According to rescue sources, a cylinder exploded at a shop near Jalebi Chowk in Korangi area of the city. As a result, two people were injured in the blast. One of the injured was identified as 36-year-old Kamran.
The injured were rushed to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre for treatment. The incident created panic in the area due to the blast. Meanwhile, Jackson police arrested culprits involved in introducing children to gambling. A Case against the suspects has been registered. Further investigation was underway.
