LARKANA: General Secretary, Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam, Sindh, Maulana Rashid Mehmood Soomro said on Sunday that JUI-Fazal stood with the poor people in the difficult time when the Corona epidemic prevailed and during the flood situation.
He was replying to various questions during a 2-day training workshop of his party’s workers held at Jamia Islamia. He said on the platform of the JUI-F poor flood victims were helped in everything possible. He said that the JUI-F has not had a prime minister or a chief minister of Sindh till date, but we still hope that one day we will come to power with the power of the people’s votes and make the country an Islamic state. He further said that the current massive inflation is due to Imran Khan’s four-year government.
He said that JUI-F has less representation but despite that we have raised issues confronted by the masses in a better way. He said that they have never carried out any march against price hike or inflation but we did take out a march to remove Imran’s government. He said that the candidate we supported always won the election. He said no one can object to our vote bank. Large number of JUI-F activists participated in the training workshop.
