Minister: (Kashmiris’ craving to unite with Pakistan always disregarded: Fakhar Imam)

ISLAMABAD:Federal Minister for National Food Security and Research Syed Fakhar Imam has said Kashmiri people’s craving to unite with Pakistan has always been disregarded by successive Indian government.

 

Speaking in a Radio program, he said only demand of Kashmiris is to get right to self-determination in accordance with UN resolutions.

 

He appreciated courage and motivation of brave Kashmiris who despite use of pallet guns and cluster bombs by Indian forces against them are struggle for their inalienable right.

 

He said Indian government wants to change the demography of valley by settling outsiders there, but it will never be easy for fascist government to do it.

IIOJK: (Two Kashmiri youth martyred, Indian Army officer, three soldiers killed in IIOJK)

ISLAMABAD:In Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJ and K), Indian troops in their fresh act of state terrorism martyred two Kashmiri youth in Kupwara district, on Sunday.

 

According to reports, the troops martyred the youth during a cordon and search operation in Machil area of the district.

 

The operation was going on till last reports came in.

 

Deputy Inspector General of Border Security Force (BSF), R Muthu Krishnan while talking to the media claimed that the youth were killed during a clash with the troops.

 

There are reports that an Indian Army officer, two soldiers and a BSF trooper were killed in an attack in the same area. The slain officer was identified as Lieutenant Aujla.

 

KP: (KP becomes first province to integrate ‘Google for Education’ into the education system)

ISLAMABAD:Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has become the first province of Pakistan to upgrade its education system through digital technologies of the internet giant Google.

 

In a tweet, the Provincial Minister for Elementary and Secondary Education Shahram Khan Tarakai said his department has decided to integrate the modern education system ‘Google for Education’ in the province.

 

He said the government will first provide training to school teachers to enable them to easily impart education to students using Google for Education.

President: (President felicitates Joe Biden for winning US election)

ISLAMABAD:President Dr Arif Alvi has congratulated President Elect Joe Biden and Vice President-Elect Kamala Harris of the United States.

 

In a tweet, he said we are looking forward to an improving US role towards world peace especially in Afghanistan, as well as the entire region.

 

The President said Pakistan looks forward to our continued long-term friendship and a dignified relationship.

President: (India playing spoiler’s role in region: Dr Arif Alvi)

ISLAMABAD:President Dr Arif Alvi has said that he is discharging his duties as enshrined in the constitution of Pakistan.

 

In a private TV programme, he said holding a dialogue with the opposition parties is a prerogative of the Prime Minister. The President said Prime Minister takes decision on political issues as per his political acumen.

 

To a question, the President said India is playing a spoiler’s role in the region including in Afghanistan.

 

He said India has hegemonic designs in the region as it has started skirmishes with China. He said a stable and peaceful Afghanistan is must for Pakistan and the region.
