COVID-19 situation: 14 more deaths, 1,389 new cases reported

Karachi, November 28, 2020 (PPI-OT): As many as 14 more patients of COVID-19 lost their lives lifting the death toll to 2,911 and 1,389 new cases emerged when 9,072 samples were tested raising the tally to 171,595. This was stated by Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah in a statement issued here from CM House on Saturday. He added that 14 more patients of coronavirus died overnight lifting the death toll to 2,911 that constituted 1.7 percent death rate. Government announces to revive Pakistan Steel Mills by involving a private investor

Islamabad, November 28, 2020 (PPI-OT): Government has announced to revive Pakistan Steel Mills by involving a private investor. Addressing a news conference in Islamabad today, Minister for Industries and Production Hammad Azhar clarified that the land of the Steel Mills is not being sold out. He said Pakistan Steel Mills has nineteen thousand acres of land, out of which there will be a lease agreement on twelve hundred to thirteen hundred acre of land to run operations of the Steel Mills. Firdous slams opposition of openly violating court orders regarding Covid-19

Pakistan, Kuwait agree to enhance cooperation in various fields
