A young man was injured by a stray bullet on Thursday in the Kala Pul area.
According to a report issued by the focal person of Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre (JPMC), the victim has been identified as 22-year-old Azizullah son of Juma Khan.
The incident occurred in Hazara Colony. Following the incident, the injured person was shifted to JPMC for immediate medical attention.
Officials from the Mahmoodabad police station, under whose jurisdiction this area of District East falls, have confirmed that an investigation has been initiated to determine the circumstances of the incident.
