Preparations for the 35th National Games 2025, under the auspices of the Mpak Association, are in full swing -Senior police officials on Wednesday held a meeting to finalize extensive arrangements, including security and logistics, for the 573-member Punjab Police contingent participating in the upcoming 35th National Games 2025.
This strategic review meeting, held at the Central Police Office, was chaired by Additional IG Imran Arshad in his capacity as Director General of the Pakistan Police Sports Board.
Key participants included RPO Sheikhupura Athar Ismail Amjad, SP Headquarters Manzah Karamat, team coaches, and other relevant officers who reviewed the ongoing preparations for the national competition.
The focus of the discussions was the comprehensive welfare of the police athletes, covering all aspects from their security protocols and training regimes to the provision of accommodation, nutritional plans, and medical facilities.
Following the directives of the Inspector General of Punjab, special emphasis was placed on ensuring the athletes’ strict discipline and adherence to a professional code of conduct throughout the event.
This large contingent will participate in 32 different sports in these games, organized by the Pakistan Olympic Association, with the clear objective of performing better than last year.
