LARKANA:Addressing corner meetings in various places of Dokri’s riverine areas on Saturday, Dr. Safdar Ali Abbasi, Secretary General, GDA and Convener, Larkana Awami Ittehad (LAI), for convincing voters to vote for the candidates of DGA and LAI said that your roads have been closed for 15 years and your villages are looking like the ruins of Mohenjo Daro but now they will not find any place to hide their faces.
He said, “Your victory is the guarantee of your happiness and we will solve your problems on a priority basis because this is the beginning and this movement will not stop until we will snatch our rights. Abbasi said that in the past 15 years the poor people did not get any relief from the Sindh rulers who have broken the back of the poor people and masses will get their revenge now through vote.
GDA leader Adnan Altaf Unar said that he felt very sad after visiting the villages here because the areas in the advanced modern times are looking like deserts. He said that now you can block their roads by voting against them as they have snatched two meals from the poverty-riddens poor masses during their past 15 years rule. Corner meetings were attended by large numbers of leaders including Zafar Ali Shah, Liaquat Kalhodo, Sajid Kalhodo, Kurban Koker and others.
