Officers calls on Sindh governor

Sindh Governor Kamran Khan Tessori emphasized that training programs enhance officers’ skills, enabling them to address public challenges more effectively.

According to a statement today, he said at a meeting with a delegation of probationary officers from the 51st Special Training Program of the Inland Revenue Service at Governor House. The discussion focused on the officers’ training programs, the Federal Board of Revenue’s (FBR) role, and other topics of mutual interest.

The probationary officers also toured various initiatives at Governor House, including the IT Marquee, “Bell of Hope,” Ration Drive, and Quaid-e-Azam’s historic room. During their visit, the officers inspected ration bags, rang the “Bell of Hope,” and expressed pleasant surprise at its unique concept. They also appreciated the facilities provided to IT students at the IT Marquee.

Sharing their impressions, the probationary officers praised the Governor’s initiatives as exemplary and stated that these measures would contribute significantly to addressing public issues and improving societal welfare.
