Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif met with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev today, during the 17th Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) Summit in Khankendi, Azerbaijan.
A statement circulated by the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PMLN) on X, formerly known as Twitter, noted that President Aliyev personally welcomed the Pakistani premier upon his arrival for the summit.
The two leaders” discussions likely centered around regional economic cooperation and bilateral relations within the framework of the ECO. The summit serves as a platform for member states to address shared economic challenges and explore opportunities for enhanced collaboration.
