Three police officers were injured in an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) blast on Monday near the highway bypass of Rabi Kadeer Kot in Naseerabad area of Balochistan.
The explosion occurred close to a police vehicle, injuring Sub-Inspector Ghulam Murtaza Mungi and constables Nek Muhammad Bugti and Haroon. The wounded officers were transported to Civil Hospital Dera Murad Jamali for medical treatment. Security personnel quickly secured the site and launched a search operation to apprehend those responsible. An investigation into the incident is currently in progress.
