Azad Kashmir’s Minister of Technical Education Sardar Amir Altaf Khan has said that technical skills along with education are the most important need of the time. He stressed focusing on acquiring practical skills rather than just pursuing degrees. Khan said that in the modern world, technical skills are essential along with formal education.
The Minister of Education reiterated his commitment to equipping young people with the education and vocational training necessary to make them self-reliant and contribute to national development. Emphasizing the importance of recognizing and developing each young person’s unique talents, he stated that his goal is to transform them into valuable assets for their families and the country.
Khan highlighted the global emphasis on technical education as the primary driver for employment opportunities as a solution to unemployment in Azad Kashmir. His aim is to ensure access to technical education for every young person in the region.
