More than 5,400 aspiring male and female students will participate in a crucial admission test on Tuesday for admission to the 2026 academic session at Shah Abdul Latif University.
The Shah Abdul Latif University administration stated on Monday that a total of 5,440 individuals have registered for the test, including 4,424 male and 1,016 female candidates. The majority of the candidates, 5,078, will take the exam at the main university campus, while the remaining 362 will take it at the Ghotki campus.
The university administration has finalized all logistical arrangements to ensure the smooth conduct of the process. Examination blocks have been set up in various departments, and special counters have been established at the main gate for the convenience of participants. Additionally, student volunteers will be deployed throughout the campus to guide the candidates.
For the convenience of the candidates, roll number slips are available for download on the university’s online portal. Individuals facing any difficulty in obtaining their slips are instructed to contact the Director of Admissions for assistance. Seating arrangements have also been made for parents and guests accompanying the students.
During the Vice Chancellor’s review, Pro-Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Wahid Bakhsh Jatoi, Professor Dr. Noor Ahmed Shaikh, Professor Dr. Mushtaq Ali Jakhrani, Professor Dr. Minhoon Khan Laghari, Professor Dr. Naveed Ahmed Shaikh, Registrar Dr. Zulfiqar Ali Shaikh, DSP Khairpur Asadullah Bhatti, Director Admissions Aamir Waseem Pathan, Inspector of Colleges Syed Munir Ahmed Shah Rashdi, Professor Dr. Nazar Hussain Phulpoto, Dr. Sahib Oad, and other officials were present.
