A watchman of the Livestock and Dairy Development Department, Balochistan, was shot dead by unidentified assailants in the Kharan area of Balochistan province on Tuesday.
According to rescue sources, unidentified assailants gunned down the watchman of the Livestock and Dairy Development Department, Kharan, identified as Muhammad Saleem.
The attackers managed to escape after committing the crime. The body was shifted to Civil Hospital Kharan and later handed over to the heirs after completion of necessary medico-legal formalities. The incident has created an atmosphere of mourning in the victim’s home.
Further investigation was being conducted by the authorities.
