A teenage boy was recovered dead from the Pat Feeder Bridge area in Dera Murad Jamali, Naseerabad district of Balochistan province, on Tuesday, officials said.
According to reports, local residents retrieved the body from the Pat Feeder Canal and handed it over to rescue authorities. The deceased is estimated to be around 15 years old; however, his identity has not yet been confirmed.
Rescue teams shifted the body to the morgue of Civil Hospital Dera Murad Jamali for completion of medico-legal formalities and identification procedures.
Further investigation was underway by the relevant authorities.
