With the commencement of preparations for the local body elections 2025, strict instructions have been issued to election officials to ensure complete transparency and discipline throughout the polling process.
As a significant step towards conducting the upcoming elections, Deputy Commissioner Quetta, Mehrullah Badini, today presided over a meeting of all appointed Assistant Returning Officers (AROs).
The Deputy Commissioner discussed the code of conduct and procedures for the local body elections with the AROs.
The central theme of the meeting was the utmost importance of maintaining a fair and orderly electoral environment. The AROs were instructed to uphold the integrity of the voting process.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the DRO directed all staff to perform their assigned electoral duties diligently, and emphasized their crucial role in the successful completion of this democratic process.
