On the instructions of Metropolitan Corporation Quetta Administrator Mujeeb-ur-Rehman Qambrani, a large-scale operation against encroachments was conducted on Quetta’s Joint Road on Monday. The move was aimed at eliminating unauthorized constructions, led by Incharge Anti-Encroachment Cell Zone No. 2, Ali Nawaz Raisani and Muhammad Aurangzeb.
During the operation, numerous illegal stalls and carts obstructing pathways and footpaths were removed. Vendors selling goods in these locations were relocated to approved areas to improve traffic flow and reduce inconvenience for residents.
Administrator Qambrani emphasized that this action is part of ongoing efforts to eliminate illegal occupations throughout the city. He assured that these operations will continue in all major commercial and residential areas to maintain the cleanliness of Quetta and enhance its beauty.
