Vehicles collide on Okara bypass due to fog, a dozen people including 2 women injured

A dozen people, including two women and ten men, were injured after a major collision of multiple vehicles on the Okara bypass on Monday morning, prompting an immediate emergency response.

The incident occurred on 36 Jude Road, involving a passenger bus and cars. According to the caller who informed the authorities, the accident was caused by low visibility due to dense fog.

Upon receiving the report of the accident, Rescue 1122 teams were dispatched to the scene without delay.

Paramedics provided on-the-spot first aid to three of the injured at the scene. The remaining nine injured individuals were shifted to a medical center for further treatment after receiving initial medical aid.
