A group of educators, designated as Cohort 12, today concluded an intensive workshop focused on elevating pedagogical practices and classroom impact, according to the University of Central Punjab.
The Instructional Skills Training Workshop equipped the cohort with practical strategies designed to bolster teaching effectiveness within an academic setting.
Throughout the programme, participants engaged in a series of structured discussions and applied exercises. The curriculum centred on key areas including the implementation of Active Learning techniques, the formulation of precise SMART Objectives, and the development of effective Lesson Plans.
Further sessions explored various approaches aimed at improving Student Engagement. The university noted that attendees demonstrated thoughtful analysis and a practical understanding of these instructional methods during the workshop”s activities.
