Shields distributed among FIA women officers for combating human trafficking and financial crimes

The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has formally recognized the significant services of its women personnel in combating serious international crimes such as human trafficking and complex financial fraud.

This recognition was made at a ceremony held today at the agency’s headquarters, where the dedication of women performing key duties within the organization was praised.

Director General FIA, Dr. Usman Anwar, lauded the leadership shown by the women officers, particularly highlighting their role in sensitive areas such as criminal investigations and vigilance at national borders.

As a tangible form of recognition for their services, shields were presented to numerous women of the force who demonstrated outstanding performance in their duties.
